We are excited to announce our new macaron selection for the 2010 winter season. Following last year's recognition, we hope that these changes are just as well received!
The holidays have breezed by and the team is excited to welcome the new year! The new time calls for change, so expect some previews on our upcoming new menu.
The photos above showcase our strawberry shortcake and croque en bouche. Both are beautiful product for the season in their own right.
What's christmas without fruit cake? The chefs have baked some german style fruit cake with dried apricots, cranberries, cherries, golden raisins, Sultanas, toasted almonds, and a marzipan filling. Perfect to pair with any holiday meal with just the right amount of sweetness.
(Quick Update; The Stollen is no longer readily available in both shops. It will be back when the holiday season rolls around).
Since it's that time of year again, we have prepared 4 different cakes to fit the holiday season. We have 2 buche noels wrapped (in our paquet style); green tea and sesame mouse, and also a chocolate mousse with chocolate ganache.
On a lighter note, we have a chestnut cream roll with fresh cranberries, and a strawberry shortcake. All cakes, but the shortcake (which needs to be ordered in advance) are being featured for sale in our shops for the curious!
